The soldier was following orders. Guard the terrorist and if he moves before the bomb disposal unit arrives prevent him from blowing himself up and injuring anyone. He deserves a medal not a court martial.

Et si sous son manteau, le terroriste avait vraiment eu une ceinture bourré d'explosifs, le soldat qui venait d'arriver, aurait-il du attendre que ce salaud qui venait de poignarder un soldat, tire sur le détonateur avant de le neutraliser ?
La vidéo est prise en arrière et l'on ne voit pas toute la scène, on voit surtout le soldat tirer, on ne peut pas le condamner juste avec ça. La présomption d'innocence est surtout du coté du soldat, le terroriste lui, on sait déjà qu'il a tenté d'assassiner un soldat. C'est Betselem qu'il faut foutre dedans.

I am shocked and outraged of the political linch that soldiar went thru, even before the facts were actually known. War is war. Don't expect from soldiars to behave like in a non-war zone. You are discrediting, illigitimate them.

Soldiers should not face charges for killing the enemy, this case is similar to sergeant blackman of the royal marines who serving a sentence for killing a talisman, another miscarriage of justice
