The Icona properties have definitely uplifted the Seven Mile Beach. I am sure this new property would do the same for Ocean City

I can only imagine that the property would be classy, family friendly, and in keeping with the wholesome vibe of Ocean City, NJ. I think the City and the Boardwalk need this revitalization. I wholly support this.
