I would have rather seen this replace the Flanders but this is a good plan and well needed at that end of the boardwalk. Proven record of quality projects. good branding potential for the city.

Yes with a caution. I love Icona, but please be aware you can drive the price up beyond the reach of those who have enjoyed the shore since childhood.
