Owner at the Beachcomber Avalon 79th and Dune Drive. The Icona is an excellent establishment and would be an asset to the boardwalk area in Ocean City.

Ocean City desperately needs a resort like this in this neighborhood. The site on the boardwalk is in need of something of value at this location.
