Is this a valid consensus? It looks very biased to one side to me.
The developer is holding the property hostage and is relentless in getting this hotel built or pay his ransom to buy the property off of him.

Please, please , please come to Point Pleasant. There is absolutely a need for a high end hotel and resort. There is seriously nothing there.
