I have a place in Ocean City NJ and I think this Grand hotel will bring in a lot of new guests to experience all the joys our City has to offer. Our fabulous Boardwalk ,our shops on Asbury Ave and our Beautuful beaches will bring people from around the World . We aren’t named “Americas greatest family resort” for nothing

It would be nice to have modern short stay accommodations in OC. This would extend all day tourism along the boardwalk. Rooms at the Flanders are dated and I’ve had bad experiences there.

I wish more people understood that last week's vote was merely to declare the property at 6th and Boardwalk an area in need of rehabilitation. Because it is now that Wonderland Pier has closed. I think an Icona property at that location would serve the community and our tourism industry well!
