This area has a severe shortage of restaurants and tourist accomodation This project would service some of this need and provide valuable employment.

I'd hope this redevelopment can get underway as soon as possible. So great to see a plan that's as close to the original as it is. I'm sure even the ivy will return. It's a shame to see a derelict building in this beautiful location. It's been a part of the local fabric for so long now, it would be great to have it back. That it's a local man bringing it back to life just somehow seems right. Sooner the better.

I would love to see Healys pontoon open again as it's a great amenity to have in our area.. for tourists fishermen and locals to dine at..There is so many properties closing down the hotel further down the road is also closed so it would be brilliant for Healys to be open again and thriving.
