I lived in the Bronx since I was 11yrs old the only time I went to Botanical Garden was when I was in Middle School.....because it was free.... Now I'm 60yrs old and I would like to visit it again...for free!!!

The public-private partnership laws generally provided for all New Yorkers as a ...general public...as a population specific to New York City given the industrialization had yet to materialize. Nonetheless, some laws did uniquely identify schools, professors and teachers.

NYC children used to have free entrance to the Bronx Zoo and Botanical Gardens. It's needed again for today's children to have safe, green learning spaces that welcome underserved children.
