Absolutely the resident of the city should be given free admission to theise and other cultural institutions as they help pay for it and serve to.promoye the city as individual ambassadors

As a taxpayer, I am happy for some of my taxes to go towards something positive, like cultural institutions. However, I *also* think, all NYC taxpayers should therefore have free access.

With the passage of the study bills and the codification and enforcement of controlling laws, you will enjoy free access and instruction to these 17 park institutions.

With the passage of the study bills, New Yorkers' free access and instruction rights will be centralized and published.
