For years ìn the late 1950's to 1970's, it was a God-given perks for living in NYC. Then the institutions got greedy and people stayed away.

Including the $700+ Million in rent these institutions should pay but do not. Since City leaders subsidize these 17 park institutions with $1 Billion annually including $700+ Million in free rent, New Yorkers should get the free admission and instruction pledged as reciprocity for free rent.
