Please Developers! More High Raises! Evrywhere! Then just rename the City "Times Square" and pass a law that only non-resident billionaires can sleep here, all others ease to the suburbs of Paducah, KY... What a wonderful world you are building, thank you...

This is the only intact corner of Little Italy, and the remaining historic buildings on and near the corner of Mulberry and Grand should be preserved in their entirely as an ensemble. They are beautiful as they are, and losing more of this--now very scarce--original Little Italy street scape would be a tragedy. I say this not as an Italian American but as a native New Yorker who has lived a block away from the Stabile Row for 35+ years and used to pay my rent to the Stabiles in cash every month. Save Stabile Row!

Another great city landmark slated for demolition! When will this pillaging stop? The developers have been given carte blanche to enrich their coffers and destroy yet another part of our heritage. Sadly, the residents of our once great city will soon not recognize the city we call home and all the history tourists from around the world come to see!

Preservation keeps neighborhoods in tact. To over develop looses the flavor of the neighborhood. This building can never be replaced so it should be preserved. Let the museum move elsewhere and sell to someone who will preserve the building.

We've lost so much of the flavor and beautiful old world charm of little Italy, we can't let the museum be demolished as well.

Put all the artifacts you want in a new building, but it will never add up to the biggest artifact, which the very building that stood, and represented, from the birth to the slow death of Little Italy. There is no better way to preserve a bit of LI than to protect this building.

As historic and significant as these buildings are, they have been rejected by the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission. It is up to the community and its elected representatives to advocate for the recognition and preservation of this landmark of Italian American history!

I was born and raised at 203 Grand St. Please lets not sacrifice this piece of history to the hands greedy restate deveolpers. We New Yorkers deserve physical makers of our city's past.
