Just hope RVC aren't so short sighted by allowing this. The've passed planning on all the recent housing developments, now people need somewhere to go

This will be good for Clitheroe. More jobs. Will bring people into Clitheroe. Make use of the abandoned mill. You are letting all these new houses be built against locals wishes, but you won't let this go through, which the locals approve of.

I live locally and thought this sounded fantastic when I first heard about it. Always thought those buildings could be used for something exciting. Will be a great addition to a thriving town

i feel it can only benefit the town and James is a local businessman who contributes to the local economy.

The car parking is an issue but I am sure you all have several ideas to work round this. Then again the foresight of our Councillors 20 years ago should have foreseen all the extra housing, the cars this would create and marrying this with further shopping opportunities being created in Clitheroe to sustain our town and local employment? CPO???? Good luck team James!!
