I think this is a brilliant idea, bringing more trade and jobs to our local town. Plus it allows Clitheroe to keep current.

It's ok to build all the new estates ....... No one mentions the impact on road safety then !!!!!

The mill redevelopment will create much needed jobs for the local people and leisure facilities. Why build all the houses in Clitheroe and then have no jobs for people ?

Why not make something for kids or why dose it always have to be a gym and wine bars and shops can you not think of anything eles. We have enough pubs wine bars and shops that cost a bomb and can't afford to go in

Clitheroe has an excellent oppertunity to take advantage of a huge boost in employment, retail and leisure in the town centre. It couldn't be anything but a helping raise in tourism and leisure visitors to the town.

Whilst I do agree it's short on parking spaces I am sure the developer can sort that, it's a fantastic idea and would be an asset to Clitheroe.

I give my full support to this venture, I'm sure it would be good for our town as it will give jobs and bring in tourists that will then support other businesses in town. Our council are very short sighted.

Who are these clowns in the planning department? This would be such a boost for the area, restore a derelict building, create jobs and all done by the Warburtons who have done such a good job with every place they've been involved with.

I think that this would be an asset to Clitheroe and be uplifting for the area. At the moment it is a derelict mill and an eyesore this development would be a definite improvement. Also bringing jobs to the area which are much needed
