Thank you for at least trying to keep our kids safe!

Please keep all mitigation strategies in place. Do not let a few loud voices deter you from doing the right thing, protecting staff and students. Everyone has the right to go to public school safely. Taking away masking and not encouraging vaccinations makes it unsafe. Allowing uncontrolled spread takes away parental choices as parents will no longer have a choice to send their kids to school if staff are all out sick.

As a CRCSD teacher, I appreciate the concern for the safety of staff and students in our district. We have a much lower positivity rate than other schools in our county that do not have masking in place. Clearly, it is doing why is intended.

My grandkids attend local schools, and I believe the school board is doing their civic duty to maintain a safe unbiased environment.
