I feel this would be a great addition to the neighborhood, which is very much over due for a facelift.

We, the undersigned would like to fully support and are in favor of the real estate development known as Swinton Commons located on blocks 61, 69, 70 and Sundy block. We ask that the City Commission, the Planning and Zoning Board, the Historic Preservation Board, the Community Redevelopment Agency, the West Atlantic Redevelopment Coalition, and the Downtown Development Authority, hear these community voices of support and move to approve all applications, site plans, and required permits to ensure that this development come to fruition. I believe Delray has begun to take on a new identity; stemming from the rapid growth and popularity of Atlantic Avenue. Swinton Commons would be an extension of what has already been proven successful in this community.

I am fully in support of this project, and as a young professional, would like to see this vibrant growth in our City.

It's time to start the rehab of that Delray geography, the plan is not perfect but totally acceptable.
