Senior housing is critical to our aging Boomer population. Many seniors are isolated in their homes. When they have no place to "downsize" and find community, they age -in-place, often isolated, and occupy housing that could otherwise be occupied by families in need of more space. This project is a win both for the seniors who will find community and assistance in the Holden Community, but also for the population of would-be homebuyers looking to put down roots in OC. Senior housing is housing. We at People for Housing OC urge you to approve this project!
