As an ex-member of one of the most welcoming, friendly and positive communities I have ever been a part of. I believe ROE English (discord) has one crackhead bringing down the server as a whole. OG-Whiteboy, He gets butthurt when he dies (hes bad so he dies a lot), gets high and falls asleep on his own stream and literally abuses his power because meth is just bad influence on ones judgement in general.The guy has legit nodded in and out on his own stream.
The ROE English discord has over 8,000 members, over 500 online daily member count and regularly have 40-50 members using voice-channel at prime hours, and somehow OG-Crackboy is the owner. No doubt the server has grown because of the community's efforts and most likely OG-Crackboy was just the one guy on reddit who just hit the "create server" button but didn't do much of the work, because well hes high all the time. Anyways, lets all sign this petition and see OG-whiteboy put down the crackpipe.

The feedback coming in confirms that this is a persistent problem affecting the entire server experience. It is exhausting to watch the community struggle while the person in charge remains completely absent from reality. We are continuing to push forward because this environment deserves better leadership.

Reaching this point has been draining but your response shows I am not the only one who sees the reality of this situation. I am exhausted by the constant excuses and the state of the server yet this support keeps me focused on the goal.

RoE English community is kind of biggest communities, which are fueling this game, so I think it's beneficial for both sides to give "RoE English" a custom lobby option.
custom lobbies would make things so much easier to promote the game to others via twitch.
These guys asking for this are like unpaid RoE employees give em what they want.Unless you dislike thousands of players paying and playing your game.We all know communitys like this one are what keep players active.
Custom lobbys would be great! Until now it's only luck if we get matched together.
RoE English discord has been 100% supportive of this wonderful game since I stumbled apon the community last year. To be frank I wouldnt be playing this game still without the friendships I've made along the way. A custom lobby opens the doors for us to do so many events to build and grow not only ourselves but the RoE community as a whole. Just wanted to say my peace, Goodday and good luck too all and I'll see you on the battlefield.

We have a thriving community here on the ROE English Discord. I would love to see it supported by the Dev's of the game that we love so much and support ourselves with both our money and time. We ask only that you give ROE English access to custom game servers so that we may continue to grow and evolve along with Ring of Elysium, our FAVORITE game!
