I have known kenneth for 2 years odd. He is a very nice and good boy. He has made alot of changes in his life to be where he is today. I would say the time and effort he put in the gym to do the sales and train his clients are one of the major factors in making him a much better person. He has his head straight and is clear in his future path. I hope the company doesn't penalise him for something that never actually happened. So I do hope you guys give him a chance to continue what he is doing.

And to add on, never had i seen him doing any under table before as whatever sales he had before he will always let us know so we could submit for the report, so i believed that this time he had his difficulties, everyone make mistakes, but in this world everyone deserve to have a second chance, if this 1 time of wrongdoing, the company condemns him, its totally not right at all, because what he sacrifice for the company, and how he build up telok blangah PT is totally insane, as i am a member when the gym first started in 2017, and what i seen was a downfall totally, after he came in, what i saw was telok blangah anytime fitness is just growing and growing, with his achievements and awards that he gotten in such a short time period, is insane, that proofs that he is giving his all for the company, i believe he deserved a second chance

Hello team, I am Ken's ex mgr Navin Ganaraj. I have been with him for 2 years now. He is the reason company hit tb budget for 2023 2024. With his contribution in his pt sales we were able to do very well for tb this 2 years. He made a mistake in the moment of desperation. I understand this is not the way to do things but i know that no monetary transaction took place so he didn't take any money . And kenneth has been a valuable member to the company since he joined and I hope you give him a chance. He worked with me for close to 2 years. I believe in him and so should you guys. Please let him continue doing what he does best at tb.

We, the undersigned, respectfully ask the company to reconsider the decision regarding Kenneth employment status. Kenneth has consistently demonstrated dedication, hard work, and a positive attitude in the workplace. He has contributed greatly to the team and deserves the opportunity to continue in his role.
Removing a valuable employee like Kenneth would not only affect him personally but also impact the morale and productivity of those around him. We urge you to take this into consideration and allow him to remain employed, where he can continue to make a positive difference.

To my ex colleague kenneth, never had i had a colleague so hardworking before, he gave up everything for the company which includes his loved ones, he had been using his own money for the gym as well as buying muaythai equipments, i saw it with my own eyes and he always come to work first and last to leave, and i believed that he is changing as a person to be a better one, thats why he gave his efforts, his heart to anytime fitness telok Blangah, he always do not have sufficient own personal time too, why i say this is cause even when i am having dinner or lunch with him, he is always scheduling training with clients or even planning a programme for his clients, i believe that he deserved to be given a second chance, as no one i seen before in my life, had sacrificed so much to a company!

I first signed up for personal training specifically because of Kenneth. His professionalism, commitment, and genuine care for his clients have made a significant impact on my fitness journey. Beyond just training sessions, he has consistently gone above and beyond — adjusting to my schedule, following up on progress, and pushing me to stay consistent even when I lacked motivation.
I hope you will consider the positive influence Kenneth has had on many clients, including myself, when making any final decisions. Losing him would not just be a loss for him personally, but for many of us who’ve benefited from his support and dedication.

Subject: Formal Appeal for Reconsideration – Kenneth
Dear Management Team,
I am writing to formally and strongly appeal the decision to terminate Kenneth.
I have trained with Kenneth for the past two years and have seen significant progress toward my fitness goals under his guidance. I’ve renewed long-term packages with him because of his consistency, dedication, and the trust he has earned. His commitment to clients is unmatched—he routinely goes above and beyond, even at the expense of his own time and wellbeing.
Since staff like Navin, Lewis and Subash has left, there has been a noticeable drop in the gym’s atmosphere. The current team does not offer the same sense of community, warmth or engagement. The energy Kenneth brings is not just valuable—it’s irreplaceable. In short, Kenneth is now "The Anchor" for this gym.
The gym environment has also deteriorated. The treadmill has been out of order for an extended period, and the overall upkeep of equipment is lacking. It's hard to reconcile this level of facility maintenance with the standard Kenneth holds himself to.
More importantly, it’s evident that Kenneth has been overworked and under-supported. There has been no visible effort from management to address his mental health despite clear signs of burnout. To now penalize him—without acknowledging this broader context—is both unfair and damaging to the trust clients place in your brand.
Let me be clear: terminating Kenneth not only undermines the loyalty of clients like myself, but signals that the company does not value long-term relationships or the wellbeing of its staff.
I urge you to seriously reconsider. If you require further feedback from a client’s perspective, I am happy to speak directly.
Sincerely,
Kenny Ho
