To give ch.eng and 1.st eng ETO is not good, they do not have the education to this title, and they do not have the needed practice to be an ETO.

We need to stand up for the Ships-Electricians work, experians and education!
-If this cerificat is given to persons with mechanical background, education and practice, this is horrible!
This will cause higher death statistics at vessels!
