This is just wrong, im not going to sail one day as ETR.

We cant, do your jobs as a ETR , when the companys give us the role of ETO. And expect we shall do the same job as allways, when we are demoted to ETR.

So many times we have saved the day for the Engineers ?
It i easy to say for people who have no idea I mean there must be a reason why the companies have wanted to have qualified ETOs in the past? I personally do not look as myself as irreplacable but come on why are there navigators?
I could just go on and on
