As a Herne Hill resident I fully support Off The Cuff's license application. Given it's location adjacent to the train station and businesses, rather than residental properties, this is the best possible place for a much needed local live music venue. Given that the Half Moon will not be hosting live music upon it's re-opening, OTC will be the only local venue with a dedicated music stage, continuing the tradition of live music in the area. OTC has a proven record of successfully hosting live music and other events in a responsible manner and with consideration for its neighbours.

This new live-music venue, is a much needed breath of fresh air to our neighbourhood. It is fast becoming the artistic heart of our locale! We love it♥️

There are not enough live venues in London any more and this one is great! Give it more space so more people can enjoy it!

Having lost the music venue at the Herne Hill, it would be good if these guys could carry on with the culture instead. A sensible licence could really help this out.

I totally disagree with taking live music out of bars. As the older generation it is my favourite form of entertainment
