My Partner Joseph Benedito aged 34 is facing deportation due to his visa being cancelled on the 501 -CHARACTER GROUNDS, Joseph and I have been together for 5 years , tho we have known each other for 13 years, Joseph recently served 2 years 9 months in custodial imprisonment for assault chargers , he remained in custody since the day of arrest 2nd of may 2015 on remand having been moved from prison to prison , making visits more difficult , but never did he go without myself our children , family and friends from visiting , up untill middle of year 2017 when the department of police prosecution offered joseph and his co offenders a plea bargin to settle and finalise the matter. by this time joseph was so over being locked away from mostly myself and our children , family and friends he just wanted to come home and have this over and done with so he just accepted the chargers and plea bargin come to 7th September 2017 he was sentence of the offence and was looking forward i mean he was over the moon to reach his release date on the 2nd of November 2017 to have his future be turned upside down and be handed immagration documents of his visa cancellation just 2 days before the day of his release . then be detained by border force .no body notified myself of this occurring , myself our 4 year old daughter and my mother sat from 8:30am on the other side of the door he was meant to walk out from untill 12:00pm having asked several times in those hours how much longer will he be before he comes out and we were told each time he shouldn't be much longer just finalising his release papers till we asked again at 12pm and we got informed he had left the prison facility somewhat 45 minutes to 1 hour ago with immagration ... broke our daughters little heart . joseph has lived here in a Australia since the young age of 3 years . he lost his father at this young age and recently lost his loving mother in 2013 to cancer, Joseph has the greatest soul, his always there without a doubt to lend a helping hand , to give his up most advice to each person that approaches him , he is a father of 6 children and a step father of 3 children aged from 18 to 4 years his children all love and adore there father to imagine the major impact and effect on each of them would be horrifying and may result in future health issues , there all close to there dad . joe was one of the unlucky children to grow up not having his father figure and role model to guide him in life. but his children need there daddy and to have the chance of there dad in there lives each kid needs both parents in there lives .. I need my partner i depend on him in every way possible in life. our love is genuine and we have a future to grow and raise our children in a loving caring family . Please my family have been through the ropes since joe has been in jail its now been 3 long awaiting years to reunite as one again, put a smile on our children's faces my face our family and friends faces and please allow joe to remain here with us in Australia where he has only ever known his home to be and is, PLEASE KEEP our loving family bond together don't seperate us please .the best intrest of our children are our main priority and concern ,
