As a land owner who spends most of my weekends away from ct . Due to the fact I can only hunt sat. I also can't convince my hunting buddies to purchase a ct license . In a state that doesn't hunt Sundays . So they go to NY or Vt.

My family owns 88 acres in Newtown and we feel that we should be allowed to hunt on Sundays if we so choose. It is our land and we pay taxes on it. How does the prevention of Sunday hunting help the State or local communities in anyway?

Why wouldn't a person b allowed to hunt on private land on Sunday? This is not a sacred day to a large percentage of the population of this state.
