The fence is beautiful! It's well crafted and adds functional beauty to the neighborhood. City resources would be better spent on actual construction violations that are dangerous and unsightly. This fence is gorgeous. Let the fence stand.

Leave the fence! Dude has put in much work to have this property look decent. This is the least of our cities worries as it is riddled with dilapidated properties and buildings downtown and abroad. Government here needs to get involved with the citizens and quit trying to pad their own pockets all the time.

I really like the creativity of this fence. I see no need for you to remove, refurbish, or repair it. Looks to me like you should be able to keep it as it is and the code should be modified to allow for this type of fence. I love this town and am proud of our leadership. I am believing that in time logical minds will prevail.
