There is nothing wrong with this fence. Much better than many dilapidated wooden fences I've seen around town

I think they need to be more worried about the trashy yards/houses that are falling apart and are eye sores rather than your constructed fence!

This is his property, he pays taxes like every other property owners,I like the fence it looks better than others that I have seen,go after other violators that does not comply with the rules if the city.

I believe this individual has followed the local regulations and done everything by the process required. Something is wrong with the city if they pick on a home owner who is taking care of their property. And then allowed rodent infested condemned home like the one next to me stand for years.

I've known Mr. Jared Ellis all of my life. Have gone to church with him, watched him play minor league baseball, after graduating from CHS & USAO. I have spent time with his beautiful wife, also a Chickasha life long native and their precious daughter, and have watched the house that they have made into a home.
I've seen Mr. Ellis do landscaping work for the City of Chickasha, at our public library, among other projects that become assets for the City of Chickasha and Grady County.
His work has always been quality, timely, and professional.
The fence in reference, appears to be quality, safe and secure.
Not sure of the proceed, but I am in support of Ellis Family keeper ng their fence the way it currently exist.
