I have driven past your fence, and loved it!! I had no clue about any of this. I cannot imagine why the city is worried about something like this when you can drive up and down 4th st and see all the old buildings that look terrible, and are falling apart. Why not worry about those?

The fence looks good. City of Chickasha doesn't own the or making payments on the property you do; therefore, it's "private property."
