I want more than anything for this creep Nathan Ramizzini to STAY in prison for life. He committed a brutal cruel cold bloody murder on his supposed best friend who he STILL shows NO remorse WHATSOEVER to this day. He still commits crimes in prison. This was a premeditated murder that he planned to do to his LIFELONG friend THEN went with the family crying looking for Erik KNOWING where he was. ONLY a DEVIL a HEARTLESS POOR EXCUSE FOR A SCUMBAG would do something like this THEN 20 something years later still show NO remorse. I pray to this day for the family they are wonerful people who deserve justice and closure.

Fairness and case by case analysis for recommendations for punishment and recoverable rehabilitation as the ultimate goals so that these juveniles can be trusted as a social member.

We can't give Erik a 2nd chance, but we can give him justice.

We have to stop denying justice to victims and risking the safety of the community in order to give murderers a chance to prove they've changed.

Restore accountability, protect the public, and help re- establish meaningful law and order in a state ruined by untrammeled pro- criminal progressivism.

My husband was murdered by two juveniles,on4-28-93 the 16 year old was sentenced to LWOP and now has parole hearing. First one was 8-19 and they only gave him 3 more years. He even tried to kill another inmate while in Folsom Prison. The judge gave him another 25 to life sentence, but somewhere along the line, if you attempt to murder someone while you are 25 and under, your don't get time for that murder???????

I am a believer that no matter how young someone us when they kill they should get life prison.

They need to serve the time they were given at their trial.
