Support for Art as an Insignia Employee

Petition to the Insignia Towers HOA Board and Property Management: Reinstatement and Recognition of Arthur, Front Desk Concierge
To Whom It May Concern:
We, the undersigned residents of Insignia Towers, are writing to express our deep concern, confusion, and disappointment regarding the recent termination of Arthur, a beloved and respected member of our front desk concierge team.
Arthur has been a cornerstone of our community since the opening of Insignia nearly ten years ago. His professionalism, kindness, and unwavering commitment to the residents have consistently gone above and beyond expectations. Arthur’s presence has helped define the welcoming, secure, and respectful environment that so many of us value at Insignia.
On Monday, we learned that Arthur was let go without prior notice to the community. While we acknowledge and respect the importance of HR confidentiality, we believe this action has caused significant distress and confusion among residents. The lack of transparency around this decision is troubling—especially when it involves a long-standing employee whose performance and dedication have always been exemplary in the eyes of the community.
We believe that when a management decision results in widespread concern, it warrants scrutiny and a fair, measured review. Arthur’s dismissal is, in our view, an egregious misstep that deserves to be investigated by the HOA Board.
We, the residents, respectfully request the following:
An independent review by the HOA Board into the circumstances and decision-making process that led to Arthur’s termination.
Open communication with residents regarding the standards, values, and personnel policies that guide staffing decisions for concierge and front desk services.
Consideration of reinstating Arthur, or at the very least, a formal recognition of his decade of service to our community.
Arthur has not only been a staff member—he has been a trusted part of our lives, our safety, and our shared home at Insignia. His abrupt departure without community acknowledgment or appreciation is a disservice not only to him but to the entire Insignia family.
We urge the Board and property management to respond swiftly and thoughtfully to this petition.
Sincerely,
The Residents of Insignia Towers
Insignia Resident
