Aquatic center is good for all ages. Splash pads have limited use by young children. I have a three year old and a six year old and my children would love a splash pad but they would outgrow it quickly. A pool will not be outgrown.

I live just off Cross Country Road and would happily pay a Madison citizen upcharge to have an outdoor pool so close by.
