We have my daughter enrolled in FLVS FLEX but have to find different curriculum for my son because he's in 5the grade. We would love to have them both enrolled in FLEX.

As a parent with a child in flex program. She has gotten the helped she needed. That public school failed to give her. Being able to work at her own speed. And not be pressured with a set work load has helped her go from being behind in her reading skills which was a low k level to her now almost at a 3rd grade level where she needs to be. Plus she is an out of the box thinker. She this program has helped tons. Please pass this so she can continue with her education and learn and grow the way a child should.

Hoping this passes. Not fair to the students who were enrolled and doing well to cut them because they weren't in PS. It's always about the $$

My child was failing first grade because of several health issues. I pulled her out of school and found the flex program and she's doing a total turn around. She loves it and we have the flexibility to make all her doctors appointments. I beg you to pass the bill!

As a new parent in Florida, The only way right now that my son would be able to attend flex would be if i put him in a brick and mortor school for two years. Please sign this bill so my son can have the same opportunities as his middle school brother~!

FLVS Flex is a key part to school choice in Florida. We need increased access to Flex in the elementary school grades. There are literally thousands of parents who want to be able to use Flex for their children's education, but cannot because of the current restrictions in place. Gov. Scott - please sign the bill!!

My son has flourished in the FLVS Flex program. Not only has it allowed him an environment where he was able to learn in a way that works for him, but I believe that pulling him out of a traditional environment has probably been better for the other students that were in his class. He is less of a distraction and the staff is able to spend more time with the other students. It's a win-win for everyone!
