Life begins at conception but if a decision to save a life during an abortion is when a decision should be considered when a heart beat is determined then do so then. Help the mother with this very difficult choice by requiring the physician to let the mother know the child is alive and not to kill the baby. Please support the bill that would save lives and prevent mothers from years of regrets and anguish over a decision made without the benefits of all the facts and projected impact on both mother and baby.
