Pushing out an extremely competent Fire Chief would only be treating the symptoms. It's time we treat the cancer itself. If memory serves me correctly, This so called city leader had a problem with the previous Fire Chief as well. How long can we afford to let one person cause so much strife in our city? Mata needs to be fired.

I wonder if Mata's behavior is related to his performance as a fire firefighter? Perhaps his bullying of the Chief is retribution for poor evaluations? Let's see the last 5-6 reports. It's public information.

Fullly support Chirf Prillaman. He is an asset to our community. Brooklyn Park is a better and safer city since he has taken over as chief!!
