My only concern is additional traffic but this is not a reason to stop a run down part of town which looks embarrassing for an affluent area . I'm all for keeping farnhams history and quirkiness and it has plenty of it. you can't even get into bright wells theatre as it's unsafe and derelict and has no use for the community for 20 years.

I am in total support of this petition. A very small but vocal minority have caused this process to drag on over the past 18 years or more, costing huge amounts of taxpayer money in the process. It's time to move on.

The new Bright wells Development is just what Farnham needs to bring it up to date and to bring new exciting facilities homes and social space to an area which has for too long been derelict and tired.
