This can only be good for the local area. Currently I come to Farnham for a quick pop to the shops but this will bring me over for the day. Farnham needs this,

I believe that the addition of the complex would be a massive improvement to a derelict site and a huge benefit to Farnham and its surrounding towns.

That area has been derelict since I moved to the area in 1999 because of objection after objection to every proposal. Surely anything would be better than the mess there now? Please let this go through, finally.

Its time this part of Farnham is developed so that it helps regenerate the town centre which may be pretty but provides very little in terms of shopping or entertainment not related to eating & drinking!

I attended the open session in Farnham central car park in June and also received several pieces of information concerning the scheme. I believe it will be a benefit for the town and I support it.

Please let this development finally go through. My children are already moving out of Farnham as they feel there is nothing here for them for the future and they are quite right, the town will die with the elderly residents who want to keep it back in the 1950's. Life moves on, embrace change...

I feel for the developer. Now on the second major revision. The first was bigger but provided so much more. This group stopped that and caused this second design which whilst scaled back in height and size has to my eye many more negative impacts. It also stole all profit from the scheme. Let's stop this. I want to see this project go ahead and stop further compromises which only take benefits away from Farnham in the longer run.

Don't waste more money.it desperately needs a rebuild/modernisation ¬ more money wasted. The town has been falling apart that end&so many businesses messed around. It has to be done&done to benefit the whole town
