Certain clubs have gradually extended the bar without penalty, what's the use of having a limit if they get away with it, penalise them harshly, stop them having matches at home to earn them any money, see what that does to them.

i agree name and shame the clubs concerned and clamp down with still penalties for any club who in future breaks the salary cap by underhanded means and one club in London has already tried to tap up a Leicester player and obviously has no shame in playing dirty to get the best players

I think it is a big worry that as Association Football is going through accusations and counter accusations of corruption that a deal is done behind closed doors with clubs that have been flagrantly abusing the rules set out by the RFU. If you cannot stand by your own sanctions then you have set a precedent that there is no salary cap and the rich clubs will continue to abuse the regulations. It is by no means a coincidence that the two clubs in question contested the final last year.

if they don't like the agreement, leave the league. The same 2 Clubs caused enough problems with the threatened Euro split. They obviously want to dictate how everything is run.

Grow some backbone RFU. Name and shame the clubs in question and doc them points or strip them of their title if necessary. You are ruining the sport by letting them get away with it. Stop being such cowards!!!

Disgraceful and shameful behaviour. This sport is losing its integrity and soul. Justice must be done.

Truly shocked that the two cheating sides- Bath and Saracens- have been allowed to get away with it. Disgraceful.

I'm an ex player and proud supporter of Rugby, my team is one of the most successful in the Premiership League, why should these rich owners of clubs be allowed to manipulate the rules ???
