If it is not broke, why fix it (or abolish it)! This office and its services have proved to be valuable for over 50 years, peer universities in the States have similar services and faculty lounges. Why try to reinvent the wheel?

The Faculty Services Office has been in existence for more than 50 years and has over the years helped thousands of new AUC faculty and administrators adjust to the work environment at AUC and, for those who come from other countries, adjust to the living conditions in Egypt. Additionally, the Office provides a much needed hub for faculty from different departments and schools to socially meet, interact and to know each other. This is something we will sorely miss, especially in the new campus where we hardly have other opportunities for that.

Dina is doing a great job and extremely helpful. The faculty all appreciate her and support not only her but the existence of Faculty Services.

Dina Touta represents the best and finest of AUC. Losing her would be a terrible and wholly unnecessary blow to faculty morale.

I find Mrs Touta very efficient and very friendly. Her services to the Faculty are certainly very important particularly for the new comers but for all the others as well and are a real asset at AUC .
Dina has been tireless in this position.
