Dr. Mihanni, is the only Doctor up there, that makes you fell like he cares. He is kind and you can tell he is passionate about his job. Losing Dr. Mihanni would be a big impact on all the Residence of altus.

Dr. Mihanni is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable doctors I know. Maybe he should start his own practice?? Why would the hospital terminate a Doctor?? I fully support him and think it would be a HUGE mistake to terminate his employment!

Dr. Mihanni has ALWAYS shown the upmost respect to my family during my father’s numerous hospitilizations the last few years. We would really hate to see him go.

We do not think Dr. Mihanni should be terminated at Jackson County Hospital.
He has taken care of us and was always caring, passionate, thoughtful and very professional. We are very worried about a good doctor being forced out.

Dr. Mihanni’s knowledge and compassion is superior to other professionals in the field. He is a good listener, and takes the time to explain details that other professionals frequently pass over.

Dr. Mihanni is an amazing man, father and doctor! I am honored to call him a friend! I have had dealings with him as a doctor, as a fellow employee of Jackson County Hospital and as a friend. I do not know the specifics of the situation going on but I will stand with Dr. Mihanni and support him because I know his character!

Dr Mihanni is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. I worked at JCMH for two years in the ER and had frequent encounters with him. He was nothing but friendly. In fact, he is one of the few who’s name I actually remember because he made a lasting impression. Even when I was dealing with some of my own health issues, he would sit down and ask about it and tell me his medical opinion without me even having to reach out to him. And as a nurse, I believe nurses have a right to advocate for their patient but not act like they are the doctors and have more medical training than a doctor. I’m seeing more and more nurses acting like they know more than doctors do. My brother is also a physician and he tells me even he has been reported by nurses because he got angry with a nurse who did not do the orders he asked for. It’s your job! And these nurses better get some thick skin if they ever want to make it as a nurse. And JCMH, don’t even get me started. Horrible management and that place never cared about their employees. It’s all about the money honey. At least I worked with great people....Dr Mihanni included.

Dr. Mihanni was our doctor for many years. He was always kind, caring and very knowledgeable. We trusted him completely. We fully support him. It would be a grave mistake to dismiss him.

I will ALWAYS support those who put their patients lives ahead of their own personal needs. Dr. Mihanni deserves much more than he has been given in regards to the actions taken against him by callous, over paid morons who run JCMH.
