My husband recently spent 2 weeks in the hospital and Dr. Mihanni was absolutely amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better doctor.

A few years ago I took some pills and ended up in the hospital. I worked in the hospital at that time and Dr Mihanni was working that day. He treated me just like any other patient didn't look down on me instead he lifted me up and took care of me. I would see him in the halls he always ask me how I was doing. My husband had lung cancer and he did not like Drs exspecialy hospital again Dr Mihanni was on duty when they admitted him to the hospital I almost had to put straps on him to keep him in bed. When Dr Mihanni came in pull up a chair and started talking to him like he knew him for years after he left Jr made a remark I'm so glad that Dr cam in I really like him I was so relieved. My husband was 64 and never been in the hospital. Dr Mihanni is an asset to this hospital in so many different levels and yes I am all for keeping him. He cares for his patients I remember one time this man wasn't going to make it through the night Dr Mihanni could of have left but he chose to stay on the bedside until his last breath. The man didn't have any family but he had Dr Mihanni.

He always takes the time to listen, really listen to your concerns and answers your questions. He was so kind, had genuine concern, and helped my Dad. Please reconsider your decision. We need a good caring doctor and not one who is concerned about the bottom line and rushing exams.

Such an amazing man, and great doctor. It would be a shame to see him go. Please reconsider this decision and look at his experience compared to the nurse(s) filing the complaint. We are patient advocates, but there is a time and place for matters to be addressed without biased opinions. It's all about the patient, and I'm without a doubt that Dr. Mihanni is more than competent enough to determine what his patient(s) need by looking at the whole picture. I also believe he would willing accept feedback from nurses and adjust care had he seen fit in the situation with his education and experience as a physician.

He did everything he could for my grandmother and even in the hardest time of us losing her he stood with us. That takes an awesome person
