Jeremy is a good guy. Anyone who disagrees is either someone who is envious of him, or they are just plain dumb. He is a great guy, a great leader, and he goes above and beyond for everyone but himself.

Jeremy has done nothing save look out for the well-being of the chapter members he was responsible for and acted in the best interest of all CVMA. Instead of being supported he was let down by his leadership. Instead of striving to institute forward thinking they chose to follow draconic methodology that serves no purpose other than to display servitude. Vets supporting vets...not politics...not ego. Grab your balls and support the legs holding you up!

Jeremy "Dog Man' always places his chapter and it's members first. He is an outstanding leader. If this is how the NBOD treats great chapter leaders, they can come get my card and patch... enough said.

Our chapter was left without support from the top down. Jeremy “Dogman” Garcia and his supporting CEB acted honorably to safeguard members of 15-1 and is being punished in return. This makes it extremely difficult to remain a member of an organization that is willing to punish those that are going above and beyond their duty.

Jeremy is a good dude, a great commander. Leaders are there to navigate difficult waters. Policy contradiction such as this place leaders in situations where they have to make decisions based on the good of the organization until those in the position to unknot the contradiction can act. Failing to act, or making negligently uninformed decisions, makes a difficult situation far more complex. The NBOD has demonstrated an inability to make objective and informed decisions. It’s tearing the entire organization apart from the inside out. Many members have departed because of the self-inflicted leadership wounds at the State and National level.

Jeremy is a great guy and has done nothing but try to support our mission of vets helping vets. Those at the top are more concerned with holding their positions and looking like billy badass than actually helping out our members and displaying what we stand for.

When the NBOD advises a sitting Commander to handle a situation, then handcuffs that Commanders actions the NBOD has failed as a governing body to the Chapter. When the NBOD hands out punishment as what is being directed to Jeremy Garcia, then the NBOD has failed the entire CVMA. I support Jeremy Garcia as the Commander of CVMA Chapter 15-1.

His record should be restored.

Dog Man's suspension should be lifted and all issues related to it should be removed from his record. This whole thing is ridiculous.

Jeremy 'Dog Man' Garcia needs to be cleared of all of these disgraceful charges by a State, Regional, and National leadership that failed him miserably. When his chapter was threatened with violence, he acted in good faith and in accordance with the CVMA policies to protect his people. His leadership failed him and then covered up their own failures. Disgraceful behavior by people who claim to live by an oath.

DogMan is an excellent commander, his primary concerns are and were for the chapter members. Jeremy went out of his way to ensure the safety and best interest of the chapter and did it by keeping all informed to include the NBOD.

I actually have a lot mixed emotions on this. Jeremy handled this matter as best he could within the limitations of his position. he talked with all parties involved and kept his leadership as well as his chapter members fully informed at all times. I have a hard time believing he's been suspended as a result of that. I'm upset at and have lost confidence in my NBOD. there has been a gross mishandling of information and overall lack of duty on their level.

I do not feel Jeremy should be suspended, hope you will reconsider this action against him and strike it from his record permanently.

I believe Jeremy was wrongfully suspended and believe he should be reinstated immediately without any negative action on his record!! He did what any good leader would do and that was make a decision based on the safety and betterment of his Unit (Chapter). He should never have been suspended for doing what others refused to do!

I highly recommend reinstatement of Jeremy Garcia and that his files be expunged of negative entries.

The NBOD is the only entity of all CVMA that can adjudicate a FM's patched membership be withdrawn and nullified via investigation of the accused as to the laws and by-laws of all CVMA chapters. There is proven evidence the 15-1 chapter CDR contacted in a hasty manner the Regional, State, and NBOD via emails, phone calls, and text messages. During those months the CVMA 15-1 was somewhat threatened by a no-fly. The opposition made it clear that the mettle of our whole organization was being tested, they wanted a higher up representation than a local Chapter CDR. Although, proof shows that he did all he could with trying to settle the matter. Yet, he was put on suspension and his 201 file muddied! He could not do, or have the authority to do what the opposition wanted him to do. That authority is solely the NBOD's via the laws and by laws. The fix is:...The NBOD should have sent their SAA or XO to this area, the local chapter would have provided hostelry to the NBOD member. The NBOD could be updated expeditiously via their own board member until the matter was resolved. Or...start at the State rep, then Regional rep, until it came to fruition.

I totally agree with Hartzell Haines, Nick Brooks, David Foster, Allen Glen Fritzsching, and George Morrison as to the content of their comments being same as I believe.
