Neighbors - If you are in support of the development of 2035 East Lehigh as a mixed residential and commercial project, please sign the petition and let Councilman Squilla know. This vacant land sits on what is now an unsightly and troubled border between multiple neighborhoods. A mixed residential and commercial project has been proposed but is being held back by current zoning. This project is a great opportunity to transform this lot into a neighborhood asset. For an improved Lehigh Avenue please support this development.
