Insurance companies requiring significant fire mitigation but limited places for commercial mitigation companies to take the material!

The ability to dispose of large amounts of slash and associated materials in my local area is invaluable. The county collection sites only go so far and are limited in scope and capacity. This is a resource that fills a much needed slot in the local community.

Closing the site will damage the community more than help it. It will make quarantine of Pine Beetle harder and spread of the beetle more likely. Closing the site doesn’t solve any issues practically; it does the opposite.

We have used this yard repetitively since Fall this season. It is open during times the other slash drops are not.

Anything that supports wildfire mitigation is critical in Jeffco & especially in the front range. We need a place to take slash.

This business is vital to my day to day operations as a small business needing and relying on a place to dump material. Can't expect people to fire mitigate and control the pine beetle outbreak when you dont have places to take the material to. The slash collection days that are offered are not enough and do not take the commercial/businesses material anyways which really limits our ability to work efficiently and effectively. -Wes

Small business owner, run and operate Mammoth Mitigation. We are fighting a long uphill battle to chase pine beetle and reduce fire risk. Enviroworks is essential to our operation.
