We need this study!! The Highlands is positioned for greatness this is a great town, great potential. We need to keep moving forward and learn from the catastrophic effects of Superstorm Sandy. I love this town let’s make it the best that it has ever been.

These local yokels have had a 100 years to do something about flooding and they've done nothing! I am sick and tired of it and something needs to be done immediately!

It's in writing that it is Free. Why wouldn't we get it? We can decide after we get whether to use their plans or a part of their plans or not use at all.

It would be ridiculous to NOT learn as much as we can when it doesn't cost a thing to learn. I'm not sure about the politics, but it doesn't appear that there is any downside.
