I coach a 2005 boys team just south of Baltimore and this summer I brought some of my team up to work with coach Ian and the lessons he taught them have carried over and are a key component in our very successful season thus far. Coach Ian is a treasure you should strive not to lose. I know my team is looking forward to making the 5 hour trip again this summer. Coach Ian is you see this know that we've appreciated everything you have done for us and if you're interested in moving to coastal Maryland there's tons of opportunities and appreciative players and parents.

Ian has been amazing to work with. He was extremely flexible in setting up our youth nights for the younger players.
I saw firsthand his commitment to his players as he ran summer practices for free. Nobody gets that these aren’t common things that coaches do. When you have a guy going the extra mile you should strive to keep him around, not run the guy off.

Coach has been a breath of fresh air since arriving on campus. He has taught these kids some very important lessons including the value of hard work. Kids today think playing time is a right and not a privilege. Those kids who receive playing because they earned the right to play, because of talent and more importantly hard work.
Anyone who would suggest that the coach plays kids based on who there parents are should be ashamed.

Step up, administration. You’re losing a great coach and ultimately players. This is a shame and a stain on our district to not handle these issues.

Coach, you’ve had an awesome impact on Austin as a coach, teacher, and role model. I sincerely hope that continues. He, the team, needs you to stay.

Cosch scheller is as good as it gets for a high school coach. It would be tragic to lose him. He is everything loyalsock should want and expect in a coach. Our son is a better man having been coached my scheller. The problem people are not representative of who loyalsock parents are - a coaching job at loyalsock should be the best gig in town.
