I have known chief Frost for six years. He has helped me to become the undaunted and caring person that I am today. He was my teacher for two years in high school. During that very confusing time in my life he guided me with the three navy core values "honor, courage and commitment". I took these values to heart as I excelled through high school and now into college majoring in nursing. He is one of the most influential people that I have had the chance of meeting. I know that there is a lot of confusion going on in America right now, a lot of bigotry and hate causing people to turn on one another. Thomas Frost has alway treated everyone as if they were his family, he is not a man who divides people because of race, sex, sexual orientation and political ideology.
