I am a former student of Chief Frost and I still stay in contact with him. I've know him for at least 6 years and he is one of the nicest and most caring person I know. I've never heard anything racist come out of his mouth. He has helped me and my family with a lot through the years and it's not just me he cars for all his students and there families very dearly. He is definitely not a racist person what he said was just taken out of context.

For someone to drag this good, caring, giving snd dedicated man down is absolutely deplorable. As a former parent of an AHS NJROTC student as well as an active member and former officer of the AHS NJROTC Booster Club, I have personal knowledge of the good this man had done, with no second thought to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or background. He gives of himself from that huge heart of his. It would be a travesty to not allow this man to continue on the mission God put him here for, to help mold our future leaders. Feel free to contact me if needed for a character witness or just to hear the good this man does. ⚓️

Media misinterpretation of a FB comment should not cause such a great man, Navy veteran, and amazing teacher like Chief so much unnecessary strife.

Chief is one of the most admirable and most driven people I have ever known. He does not deserve such vicious ostracism for so few words. Text is hard to interpret, and this was a simple misunderstanding.

I've known and worked with Chief Frost for over four years. He is a mentor, teacher, coach and often a father figure for most of the cadets under his supervision. A true honest American.

Since first meeting Chief Frost over a year ago, I have come to know him as a man of principle and integrity. He does not see the race, ethnicity, gender, gender-identity, sexuality, social status, or economic status of someone; he sees the person and consistently goes above and beyond for cadets, students, school and community.
It disappoints me to see how quickly people who have no knowledge of the man or the situation, blindly rush to judgement.

I have no words for how sad we are over this. Tom has given a hand up to every student that needed it. Tang includes nights, weekends, personal money and holidays. Tom has been a teacher of the week and is willing to go every step to take care of kids. He loves each and every one of them, they know that too. We appreciate all of you for your consideration.

My name Is James. I have had 2 sons go through Ashley JROTC, which was 8 yrs. I know Chief Frost for that long, been on many many trips with him. I was also the the Vice President and the President of the booster club while there. Chief Frost has gone out of his way to take care of his cadets no matter what race or gender. White, Black, Hispanic or other, male or female. Other than his illustrious career in the US Navy. His heart has always been there for the cadets of Ashley HS and for the public. Please do not let these people ruin the career that he has aquired over the yrs, over a comment that has been blown out of the water. Please let him explain his actions before judging him. Thank you, James Wilson, former president,vice-president of booster club and former parent of 2 graduated Ashley HS JROTC students.

Last year me and a good friend put an ad on wilmington yard sales looking for some used clothes for a young black female living in the apartments my friend lived in. This young girl had no power in her apartment, and was wearing the same pair of clothes everyday. Chief frost and his wife answered our ad and bought this young lady brand new clothes. I would say at least 300$ worth ans giftwrap pedalite some of them as well. This little girl said thay they "must be angels" sheri (chief frosts wife) was so humble and said that a thanks was not needed. They went above and beyond and gave one child hope. I know this child will never forget the day she got brand new clothes. The day she knew kindness, hope, love, generosity in fact was real. Chief frost and his wife gave this little girl hope. This deed shows how much they care for the African American community and the lower class. We need more people like the frosts. I know with 100% certainty that they are wonderful, generous, humble people and are far from the racists that the media is portraying them to be.
