This proposal is in direct opposition to the values of the citizens of our country. In a democracy the chosen party have a duty of care to allow and maintain the inalienable human right to the freedom of speech. We call on you to revise or dismiss this bill forthwith and piste haste. Your cooperation on this matter will be warmly appreciated.

The ability to raise concerns, question policies must not be limited to specific times. Needs arise at all times and to limit free speech is not healthy.
