This Bill seems to strike at the heart of free speech. As a nation we have shown many countries the advantages of democracy and anything that erodes that democracy is dangerous.

There is a need to control covert lobbying but to try to restrict the exercise of an open and transparent appeal, would, in my opinion be undemocratic. Please consider this issue very carefully.
