We must be free to express our opinions and let politicians know how we all feel about the horrific decisions they are making which causes misery for millions of people. Is this a democracy or Dictatorship?

Our democratic rights have surreptitiously become eroded with the present government who has not "the people's interests" at heart. We must uphold our freedoms, every last one!

The Lobbying Bil remains an unacceptable threat to democracy and freedom of speech. We call on you to vote for Lord Harries' amendments to the Bill.

We were given a voice for a reason, and a mind of our own. This means that our freedom of speech is a right, not a law!

I suggest revisions to the lobbying bill so that it doesnt restrict chaity campaigning on crucial issues.

How did it even come to this? The original purpose of this bill as I understood was to challenge the corruption of corporate lobbying. Charities and campaigning groups are hugely important for a healthy democracy and their ability to speak on behalf of their members and supporters must be protected.

Campaign spending is not a UK problem but an American one; do not fix what isn't broken here.

End corporate lobbying without fundamentally damaging democracy and freedom of speech.

Charities and campaigning groups must be free to comment and lobby for the causes that matter to them.

This is about defending the historic freedoms of this country, it is our heritage that is at stake here as well as our liberty.
