Fife Council wish to sell 11 St Catherine Street in Cupar - premises that are deemed no longer fit for purpose. Castlehill Community Association are in the process of raising funds to progress a project that will extend their main Castlehill Building to accommodate those currently in Number 11 - Cupar Camera Club and Cupar Pre-School Playgroup.

As past chairman of Cupar Camera Club we have adapted our rooms to attract members and provide a valuable addition to the activities in the community.
Great asset to Cupar and important that castlehill association has the opportunity to alter their current premises to accommodate the groups that use it
As the Chairman of the Castlehill Community Centre, please support us and help us too continue, we've been around since 1977, providing premises for many local groups, and continue to do so. This expansion will allow these groups to continue to provide their activities.
Community group like this not only help with people's learning and social skills but for some is a great escapism and can help with many mental health related issues and always worth support it shouldn't always be about money
Expansion of the Castlehill Community premises would be a great asset, giving a wide variety of local organisations a suitable place to continue their activities.

Please ensure that the Castle hill structure is treated with great care. It is an important building with a long history that requires sensitive restoration.
