Fed Beginnings and working towards its Baby Friendly designation, Sparrow should create an environment in which their Magnet designated nurses thrive. Currently, caregivers have two lactation rooms in the hospital, leading to worries over time constraints with job duties and if either of the pumping room will be available. This does not promote the Best Fed Beginnings and Baby Friendly designation Sparrow is currently working towards for its patients.
